Outlook PST Converter is a full-fledged solution to convert Outlook mailboxes. It has a friendly interface for easy understanding by all.
1. Start the software - Download, Install, and start Outlook Converter Tool on your Windows system.
2. Browse PST file - Select File or Folder mode and then use the Browse option to load PST files on the software panel from the user’s local system.
3. Preview PST file database - Let the selected PST files scanned and find the preview of the data contained by the files in the preview pane. After getting the preview, hit the Export button to move ahead.
4. Choose Items and output format- You will find the export options window. Now, you need to choose the items to convert from Outlook file and also choose output format.
You can choose Export all or select desired items to convert from Outlook data file.
Export all – This will convert Outlook emails, contacts, calendars, notes, journals, etc. You will get a list of options – NSF, MBOX, EML, EMLX, HTML, etc. Choose an option from the below options.
Address book – This will export Outlook contacts to VCF, CSV, or MSG formats.
Calendars – Calendars of Outlook are exported to ICS or MSG formats.
Attachments – This option is to export Outlook attachments to a folder. You can use “Apply filters” option and easily filter the data items.
Email address – This will export all Outlook email addresses in .txt file format. You can easily remove duplicate email addresses and empty folders before exporting email addresses.
5. Mention output destination - Now, go to the Browse button and mention the location of your system where you want to save the files.
6. Convert Now - Finally, hit the Convert Now button. This starts the process of conversion.
